Fix category expansions.

togglesdict.pickle needs the actual item being expanded not from the filter model, but from the source model. Without this gtimelog expands seemingly random elements at startup and the toggledict.pickle file doesn't contain only items to expand. With this change both the .pickle file and the items expanded stick after restarting gtimelog.
