image: add mt8188 scp firmware symlink

Add overlay to create a symlink for mt8188 scp firmware so that kernel versions that generates automatically the MT8188 scp firmware path without relying on device tree property can find it.

Note: it should be removed when this symlink is added or firmware is renamed in linux-firmware.
