Create basic device tree for Genio 520 and 720 EVK

This is a draft merge request that creates basic devicetrees for the Genio 520 and 720 EVK boards. It enables the following :

  • uart0/1/2/3
  • clocks
  • spmi and regulators
  • emmc0
  • watchdog
  • timer
  • efuse and socinfo (id OK for g720 only)
  • auxadc
