helm charts: Run each backend service in their own container

Instead of running everything in one container under the supervision of supervisord, and the tailing the logs using 10 busybox containers, run each service in a container of their own using Kubernetes to manage them.

Ensure inter-container dependencies by waiting for the ports to be available before starting dependent services.
